Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of aspiraa.in and the Aspiraa application (the “Service”), operated by Aspiraa.in, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“Aspiraa”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who may use Aspiraa

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. One account is for one person — accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at officialaspiraa.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these Terms (see section 9).

3. Beta release

Aspiraa entered public beta on 28 July 2026. During beta the Service is provided as is: features may change, break or be withdrawn, and occasional downtime or data issues are possible. We strongly recommend keeping your own copy of anything important. Please report problems through the in-app Support page.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

Aspiraa offers a free plan and paid plans. Current founding-offer prices, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying you also accept Razorpay’s terms.
• A payment activates your plan for the period you bought — one month or one year from the date of payment. Your plan does not auto-renew; access reverts to the Free plan at the end of the paid period unless you choose to pay again.
• Prices may change. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will publish new prices here and on the Pricing page before they apply.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Rules.

5. AI features and academic disclaimer

We make no guarantee of any academic result. Your rank, marks or selection in any examination depend on many factors outside our control, and nothing on the Service is a promise of a particular outcome. Aspiraa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the NTA, CBSE, or any examination authority. Exam names are used only to describe what the Service helps you prepare for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy;
• upload material you do not have the right to upload — including pirated textbooks, question papers or copyrighted PDFs;
• upload or post anything unlawful, abusive, obscene, hateful, or harmful to minors;
• attempt to access another user’s account or data, or any part of our systems you are not authorised to reach;
• scrape, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our content, including our question bank;
• use bots or automation to abuse AI features, or deliberately overload the Service; or
• reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

We may apply fair-use limits to AI features to keep the Service available for everyone, and may throttle or suspend accounts that abuse them.

7. Your content

Your notes, uploads and other content remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and process that content only to operate the Service for you — for example to render a PDF you uploaded, or to summarise a note you asked us to summarise. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups that expire on their normal cycle.

You confirm you have the right to upload anything you upload. We may remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or infringes someone’s rights. If you believe content on Aspiraa infringes your copyright, write to our Grievance Officer.

8. Our content

The Service — including its software, design, branding and the Aspiraa question bank — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use it for your own exam preparation. Nothing else is granted.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where we can, we will tell you why. If we terminate your account without cause while you are on a paid plan, we will refund the unused portion of that period.

10. Availability

We work to keep Aspiraa available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature. Maintenance, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control may cause downtime.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspiraa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of marks, rank, admission, opportunity, data or profit arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aspiraa against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or content you upload in violation of someone else’s rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance process below, the courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Please raise any complaint first through the in-app Support page or with our Grievance Officer at officialaspiraa.in@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
